TV presenter Anna Williamson has been announced as Mind's latest ambassador, following in the footsteps of Frankie Sandford and Denise Welch.

Williamson, who's suffered from severe anxiety and panic attacks for a number of years, commented 'It's easy to forget you're not alone, that actually one in four people experience a mental health problem every year. I am passionate about raising awareness and thrilled to be joining Mind as an ambassador. Through my new role I'm determined to let people know its ok to ask for help'.
